I feel extremely lucky to have grown up in and around Portsea, I attended local schools and both I and many of my family still live in Portsea to this day.

I still shop and play bingo locally too!

I have been extremely privileged to serve this community as a local councillor for many years now and I love staying involved with our community

I hope this book provides an intriguing insight into just a little of the local history, some of which I remember well myself.

All the proceeds from this project are going to support community projects for young people in the local area.
